Contra Indication
:
Hepatic impairment. Pregnancy, lactation and children below the age of one year.
Caution
:
Renal impairment.
Administer within 7 days of start of normal menstruatiohn in women of childbearing age. Adequate nonhormonal contraceptive measures must be taken during and for one month after therapy,
Side Effect
:
GI disorders. Headache, nausea, dizziness, allergic reactions, pruritus, alopecia and dry mouth. Bone marrow depression.
