| Side Effect |

Headache, dizziness, fatigue, cough, somnolence, nausea and postural dizziness.
Transient elevations in BUN and serum creatinine. palpitations, constipation, gastritis, melena, rash, pruritus, musculoskeletal pain, paraesthesia, anxiety, hyperkalaemia, leucopenia and flushing. Angioedema (rare). |
