Impaired liver or renal function, CHF, sick sinus syndrome, severe ventricular dysfunction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe aortic stenosis. Idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis. Elderly, children, pregnancy and lactation. |

Peripheral edema, headache, dizziness, flushing and abdominal pain. Fatigue, somnolence, nausea, dyspepsia, palpitations, pruritus, rash, muscle cramps. |
