Anti reteroviral drug used in the treatment of HIV (Human Immuno- deficiency Vurus) infection. Along with ritonavir, it is used for salvage therapy in patients with drug resistance.
Contra Indication
:
Should not be used with proton pump inibitors such as Omiprazole, Lansoprazole, Esmoprazole, Rabiprazole etc.

Side Effect

Lipodystrophy, hypercholestremia and hepatotoxicity.
