Contra Indication
:
Hypersensitivity.
Acute narrow angle glaucoma.
Pregnancy, lactation and children.
Prex existing CNS depression or coma, respiratory depression, acute pulmonary insufficiency or sleep apnoea, severe hepatic impairment.
Caution
:
Concomitant administration of CNS depressants.
May impair ability to drive or operate macninery.
Side Effect
:
Drowsiness or light headedness, withdrawal seizures, anorexia, transient amnesia or memory impairment, loss of coordination, slurred speech, musculo skeletal weakness, pruritus. Ataxia, confusion and depression.
