Prevention and treatment of post-surgical raised intra-ocular pressure. It is used only for short-term adjunctive therapy.
Side Effect

Red, swollen, itchy or teary eyes, blurred vision, dry eyes, widened pupils.Dizziness, headache. GI disturbances. Rashes. Palpitation, rarely fainting, shortness of breath and swelling all over the body.
