A Ray of Hope for peoples living with HIV Infection

Discription :
Currently HIV infection is one of the diseases which is not covered by any insurance company except Star Health and Allied Insurance which is providing health insurance cover for peoples living with HIV (PLHIV) infection in four states viz Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. There is a possibility that mediclaim/health insurance cover may also be available to the patients of PLHIV by all the insurance companies all over India, as the National Aids Control Organization (NACO) is trying its best to make insurance inclusive and universal for PLHIV infection. |
